You will just love these 'quirky' food and cooking tips

1.      Food & Cooking Tip: Push a small marshmallow into the end of a sugar cone to stop ice-cream drips.

Working Woman's Tip: Just suck the ice-cream out of the bottom of the cone for heaven's sake. You will probably enjoy it more anyway!!

2.      Food & Cooking Tip: If your cake recipe says to flour  the baking tin,   use a  bit of the dry cake mix instead, that way there won't be any dry white      powdery residue  around the outside of the cake.

Working Woman's Tip: Bakeries sell cakes that are already decorated.

3.      Food & Cooking Tip: When you accidentally over salt a dish while it is still  cooking, drop in a potato slice.

Working Woman's Tip: If you over salt a dish while you are cooking, tough!  Loudly recite the Working Woman's Motto:  'I made it and you will eat it - I don't care how bad it tastes!'

4.      Food & Cooking Tip: Wrap up celery in aluminium foil when storing it in the   fridge and it should keep for  weeks.

Working Woman's Tip: It could keep forever..... 'Who eats it??'

5.      Food & Cooking Tip: Remedy for headaches.  Get a lime, cut in half and rub on your forehead. The throbbing will go away.

Working Woman's Tip: Cure for headaches. Take a lime, cut it in half and drop it in a double vodka. Drink the vodka. You might still have the headache, but you won't care!

6.      Food & Cooking Tip: Freeze left over wine in ice cube trays for future use in  casseroles and sauces.
