As I write this post the famed Dr Patel is in court having to face up to his 'medical mishaps' here in Australia.  Unfortunately patients (sitting ducks) can only hope that a choice of doctor is not marred by unsatisfactory screening and checking of the medical history and qualifications of some appointed medical staff.
