Dear Diary I am told this is in fact going on in every country all round the world.  Which I guess gives me some comfort in the fact that it is not just me! I have also noticed that stairs are getting steeper. Groceries are heavier. And, everything is farther away. Yesterday I walked to the corner and I was dumbfounded to discover how long  our street had become!
