The wonderful world (if it in fact still exists) of  'First Class Customer Service' has one very constant.....Constant!!  It is, in a lot of cases, consistently bad. Just another frustrated customer!! If you are like most people, call centre operators have at some time or another, really ticked you off..right?   Call Centres would have to be top of the pop (should that be poop) list for their sometimes  remarkable ability to provide little or 'no service' . I could beef on all day about some of these guys, I mean if they don't like the job...leave!! Don't hang in there just waiting to annihilate us when we are just trying to resolve a real product or service problem we have.
