The wonderful world (if it in fact still exists) of 'First Class Customer Service' has one very constant.....Constant!! It is, in a lot of cases, consistently bad.
Bad service continues to amaze and amuse us with some of the most outrageous behavior ever, being performed by people who are actually being paid to serve others.

And doesn't that just tick you off too? Inadvertently, companies and businesses are paying these people a wage to provide us with lousy customer service.

Now I have to say that if this happened to me I would be more than ticked off, but I would be royally ticked off if I had to convince some brain starved 'I am a customer service agent nitwit' that I had not in fact pumped $81B+ dollars of gas into my cars gas tank.

Just another frustrated customer!!
If you are like most people, call centre operators have at some time or another, really ticked you off..right? Call Centres would have to be top of the pop (should that be poop) list for their sometimes remarkable ability to provide little or 'no service' .
I could beef on all day about some of these guys, I mean if they don't like the job...leave!! Don't hang in there just waiting to annihilate us when we are just trying to resolve a real product or service problem we have.
