Top Screw Ups Of The Week # 3

Seems there is no shortage of screw- ups in the medical field just recently.  One of our top three this week begs the question - Where do some of these doctors get their training?

As I write this post the famed Dr Patel is in court having to face up to his 'medical mishaps' here in Australia. 

Unfortunately patients (sitting ducks) can only hope that a choice of doctor is not marred by unsatisfactory screening and checking of the medical history and qualifications of some appointed medical staff.

This weeks top screw-ups are a bit of a mixed bag.

We give you the hard word on:

• a toilet in a hamburger joint that has grasped the heart strings (and minds) of a group of people in Centerville, Utah.  It seems someone accidentally  shot the thing to death and feel the respectful thing to do was to give it a formal send off by having a funeral.
