Humorous Quotes Eases The Atmosphere And Gives Smiles To Many Faces

Did you know that you can draw a big laugh out of just about anyone with humorous quote? They are wonderful to lighten up a situation and make these seem a lot better. A lot of times we find humorous quote through movies, tv shows, or just quote them from our friends that say funny things.

Just attempt to look one up on your friend's Facebook page - you'll see that humorous quotes are just about everywhere. Read them especially if you are having a bad day - they will make you feel better instantly.

Some humorous quotes can be understood instantly. Other times, however, you just need to allow a few of the quotes to settle in to your mind - then you will think they're funny. Bill Cosby had a good quote that you have to think about it see how funny it is, "Always end the name of your child with a vowel, so that when you yell the name will carry." At first, it is hard to comprehend, but take a second and think about it.

But if you really think about the concept: say you named your kid Robbie and he was bad. He is at a friends place down the road and you yell out, "Roooobbbbbiiiiiieeeeee!"
You can extend that vowel sound and make it more powerful. Then, the anticipation of punishment Robbie will get is like a punishment in itself.

But what if you had called your child Bob? When you yell, "Bob!" the 'b' consonant can't extend out. Ironically, Bob could be excited and come back smiling. You would like your child to know that they did something they shouldn't have done.

It was a tedious point to make, but it is funny. But at the end of the day, do not underestimate quotes that you don't get at first.

What about one-liners? Aren't theyfunny too? In a Texan accent, picture this: "I'm as confused as a sprayed cockroach!" If you don't chuckle at that, something could be wrong with you. Humorous quotes are great and can even jab at culture. Take Jay Leno's quote, "Don't forget Mother's Day. Or as they call it in Beverly Hills, Dad's Third Wife Day." Even people in Beverly Hills had to laugh about that.
