  3. Miscalculating money flow. Investors whose strategy is to buy, hold and rent out properties need to ensure sufficient cash flow for maintenance. Property managers could be expensive and the owner has to incur more expenses such as mortgage, taxes, insurance, advertising costs etc. Investors have to allocate their budget such that all these expenses are taken care of, or end up having their asset turn into a liability.

  8. there is nothing equal about the equity markets and real estate markets. By and large, I believe more money has been made in the real estate markets over the last 80 years an there is no comparison. I think it just boils down to personality and individual risk tolerance.

  9. It is not surprising that so many people are worried, in this current economic climate… I know at least 3 people who’ve had their homes repossessed in the past few months. Touch times indeed! Thanks for the info on getting a credit auto loan, I think it’s important advice for anyone thinking of purchasing a new home.! Keep is small, keep it economical. there may be some tough times ahead for all of us! Thanks for the information, great post
