Look what I found while browsing YouTube for a video that a friend of mine had just loaded up.

This is one hilarious video about a new drug the FDA has approved for the annoyingly chipper. So if you are, or if you know of anyone who is 'cripplingly chipper' and 'too happy' ............this could be the answer.

Kinda don't believe that this is true...may be a setup, what do you think??
