Interestingly these things happen all the time, but much funnier when you actually see it or hear it and get to share. But this can also go in reverse and you will hear the unexpected. I once called 911 over a road rage incident I was witnessing and I told the officer to get onto the freeway and he thanked me and told me he was calling it off. Once on the freeway they are no longer their problem, they are the highway patrol’s problem.

The woman is clearly ‘confused’ as to what constitutes ‘an emergency’.
Having said that, if the same thing had happened in the UK, McDonalds would have been breaking the law not to return her money.
